چکیده

On the basis of the Kadanoff-Baym (KB) version of the time-dependent Green’s function method a new ansatz for the approximation of a spectral function is offered. The ansatz possesses all the advantages of quasiparticle (QP) and extended quasiparticle (EQP) approximations and satisfies the KB-equation for a spectral function in the case of slightly non-equilibrium system when disturbances in space and time are taken into consideration in the gradient approximation. This feature opens new opportunities for the microscopic derivation of the Landau kinetic equation for the quasiparticle distribution function of the normal Fermi-liquid and provides the widening of these equation’s temperature rang of validity. keywords: Spectral function, normal Fermi-liquid, quasiparticle distribution, density matrix. PACS number(s): 21.65.+f, 72.10.Bg, 72.20Dp.

Kinetic Equations in the Theory of Normal Fermi Liquid

On the bases of the improved approximation for the spectral function of oneparticle states the Landau-Silin kinetic equations for the normal Fermi liquids of neutral and electrically charged particles are shown to be valid at finite temperature above the temperature of superfluid transition.

Nuclear Shape Fluctuations in Fermi-liquid Drop Model

Within the nuclear Fermi-liquid drop model, quantum and thermal fluctuations are considered by use of the Landau-Vlasov-Langevin equation. The spectral correlation function of the nuclear surface fluctuations is evaluated in a simple model of an incompressible and irrotational Fermi liquid. The dependence of the spectral correlation function on the dynamical Fermi-surface distortion is establis...

Non Fermi liquid renormalization of the conductivity

The method of the quantum kinetic equation is applied to the problem of renormalization of the conductivity of normal metals by gauge electron-electron interactions. It is shown that in the three-dimensional case the relativistic electromagnetic interaction (vector interaction of electrons with transverse photons) leads to an unusual temperature dependence, indicating a deviation from the Fermi...

Modeling of platinum leaching kinetics in aqua-regia solutions using the Elovich equation

Platinum extraction from different secondary sources has been experimentally tested by many researchers. In this article, dissolution of platinum in aqua-regia solution from two types of spent catalysts (reforming and nitric acid production) was kinetically studied. A variety of kinetic models for heterogeneous solid-liquid reactions, including homogeneous diffusion model, shrinking core model,...

Interacting Dirac liquid in three-dimensional semimetals

We study theoretically the properties of the interacting Dirac liquid, a novel three-dimensional many-body system which was recently experimentally realized and in which the electrons have a chiral linear relativistic dispersion and a mutual Coulomb interaction. We find that the “intrinsic” Dirac liquid, where the Fermi energy lies exactly at the nodes of the band dispersion, displays unusual F...
